ABOUT BECKY
Becky grew up in the Miramar neighborhood and settled in Lakewood. She has earned a reputation for serving immigrants and refugees in local public schools, serving as a School Board Watchdog, and serving her clients with excellence as an HR and Instructional Design Consultant. She stands against government overreach that threatens parents’ fundamental rights to direct the health, education, and upbringing of their children. Becky is recognized as a citizen leader who studies policy at the local and state level. She sees the constitution, state statutes, and School Board Policy as the starting point when it comes to setting students and teachers up for success and holding leaders accountable.
FIGHTING FOR PARENTS & TEACHERS
Becky is a dedicated advocate for parental rights. She was instrumental in improving transparency between DCPS and parents, and has advocated on behalf of teachers who want to see common sense discipline restored in schools to improve the learning environment.
